AI Should Strengthen Leadership Judgment, Not Replace It
Our position on AI use, data privacy, and what we actually use it for.
Most conversations about AI in business are wrong. They focus on what the technology can do. Not on what leaders are accountable for. AI is a decision support tool. Nothing more. It can process, summarize, generate, and pattern-match at scale. It cannot see what is happening inside your organization. It cannot account for the political dynamics in the room. It cannot feel what your team is feeling. We use AI selectively. We use it to move faster on research and content. We do not use it to make decisions that belong to humans.
We invest in paid, full versions of every AI product we use. Paid tiers offer stronger data privacy protections — our client information is never used for model training. It also means we operate with full capabilities, not free-tier limitations. If we’re going to consult organizations on responsible AI adoption, we should have skin in the game with every tool we recommend.
What We Use AI For
Eleven specific ways AI supports our operations.
-
1
Site Built & Maintained by Polsia
This site was built and is maintained by Polsia. This assures our hub for information and tools is consistently maintained and operational.
-
2
Outreach via Marbelism
We use Marbelism for new outreach. It sorts and drafts initial responses to email — but it does not send. Every initial response to a client email is written and sent by a human. Marbelism also notifies us when important client emails are received so nothing slips through the cracks. It’s ALWAYS Dr. Diane Dye in her DMs.
-
3
AI Suite for Research & Analysis
We use a suite of AI for research and analysis. What kind of firm would we be consulting on AI use if we didn’t use all of it? We use ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity primarily for this.
-
4
Photo Repurposing
We use AI for photo repurposing, with original photos of Dr. Diane Dye all taken by a human photographer. We also take our original ideas and use native AI in Canva as well as photo AI in Gemini (Nanobanana), ChatGPT, and Manus.
-
5
Presentation Polishing via Manus
Our presentations are polished by Manus but all content is our work. This includes the BRAVER Innovation method, Critical Opportunity method (created prior to our use of any AI), and all sub-frameworks and models.
-
6
AI Receptionist
Our phone is answered by an AI receptionist who is consistently trained on how to represent us and route calls to Dr. Diane Dye’s voicemail. Note: She keeps her phone on DND to maintain focus but returns all calls in no more than 48 hours as a rule.
-
7
Video Editing with OpusClip
Video editing: We use Opus.clip. It might surprise you to learn that all the human editing in the world couldn’t get Diane out of her head on sharing her message. So after Dr. Dye appears on a podcast or does a class, OpusClip will cut it up and then we move it into the scheduler there to broadcast across all our channels.
-
8
Email via Mailchimp
We manage an active list of opt-in subscribers on Mailchimp, which has rolled in some AI functionality. We are committed to responsible email and text communication and will never spam you with a bot. All emails are value driven and written by a human.
-
9
Transcription & Notetaking
We use Fathom for call note-taking and transcription, and Fireflies.ai for other video transcripts. Call reports are produced in Manus or Claude. These tools ensure we capture everything accurately so our humans can stay present in the conversation instead of heads-down taking notes.
-
10
App Development (Lovable)
We build our interactive tools and web apps in-house using Lovable, a vibe-coding platform. It turns our original concepts into working applications where you can engage in hands-on self-exploration with the ideas, not just read about them.
-
11
Video Editing (Wondershare Filmora)
We use Filmora for video editing and AI-enhanced elements across all video content, including podcast intros and masterclass productions.
What We Won’t Use AI For
Hard lines. Non-negotiable.
-
1
Reproducing Dr. Diane Dye in Video or Audio
It’s always her. We played with this with Sora 2 during its release. It was fun. But ultimately, we believe Dr. Diane Dye is the real deal, so she should always show up real.
-
2
Media Interviews or Writing
100% human all the time, especially if it’s an educational piece.
-
3
AI Actors in Video Testimonials
Just no. Never. All reviews and testimonials left for People Risk Consulting are human.
-
4
Legal and Consulting
We have seen first hand the absolute wreckage AI legal and generally consulting of any kind can create. It misses nuance and absolutely requires tight human oversight. So we just don’t do it.
-
5
To Flat Out Create Product
Just… never. We might use it to repackage human thought product. But everything always is rooted in real human practice.
Because we believe in and practice BRAVER Innovation, we will occasionally change systems as they best suit our needs. For information about privacy and terms of service, click here.
