These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PeopleRiskConsulting.com and the services offered by People Risk Consulting, operated by Dr. Diane Dye, based in Austin, Texas ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

• Change Adoption Signals: This methodology and its associated frameworks are proprietary to People Risk Consulting.
• Site Content: All blog posts, assessments, worksheets, and service descriptions are protected. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Nothing on this site grants you any license to use our intellectual property without explicit written permission.

3. Services

People Risk Consulting offers consulting, workshops, cohort programs, speaking engagements, and related services. The description of any service on this site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding agreement. All engagements are subject to a separate service agreement or statement of work.

4. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Payment terms and refund policies for specific engagements (workshops, cohort programs, speaking) are outlined in the individual service agreement or enrollment documentation for that program. In general:

• Payment is due as specified in the applicable service agreement
• Refund eligibility and timelines are defined in the individual program terms
• If no program-specific refund policy is provided in writing, refunds are not guaranteed
• Payments processed through Stripe are subject to Stripe's standard processing policies
