- Mailchimp (Intuit Mailchimp): We use Mailchimp as our email and SMS marketing platform. Contact information you submit — including name, email, phone number, and other form fields — may be stored in Mailchimp to manage communications and audience lists. - Stripe: If you purchase a workshop, cohort program, or other service, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
4. SMS / Text Messaging
People Risk Consulting may send you SMS (text message) communications through Mailchimp (Intuit Mailchimp) when you provide your phone number during form submission or checkout.
Types of SMS Messages
We may send text messages for the following purposes:
- Event Reminders: Upcoming workshop dates, livestream reminders, and other events you have expressed interest in.
- Appointment Reminders: Strategy call confirmations, scheduling reminders, and follow-ups related to booked consultations.
- Abandoned Cart Recovery: Reminders about incomplete purchases, such as a BRAVER Playbook Generator checkout you did not finish.
SMS Disclosures
- You may receive text messages at the phone number you provided during form submission or checkout.
- Message frequency varies based on your activity and the services you've engaged with.
